Karl Lagerfeld’s former Paris office now available for private stays

Karl Lagerfeld’s former office in Paris is now available for short- and long-term stays, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience one of the fashion designer’s most personal creative spaces.
Located on Rue de Verneuil in Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris’s 7th arrondissement, the three-storey residence has been added to the Signature collection of Highstay, a portfolio of exceptional travel apartments that combine the privacy of a luxury residence with the services of upscale hospitality.
The 250-square-metre property, which once served as Lagerfeld’s private workspace, accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living room is defined by soaring ceilings and striking twin steel bookcases, complemented by a dining room, a bar and two kitchens designed for entertaining.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a dramatic bed encased within a steel capsule with integrated shelving, while a second independent bedroom with its own bathroom completes the sleeping quarters.
On the lower level, the residence includes a private wellness area with sauna and hammam. A sculptural staircase designed by Karl Lagerfeld together with industrial designer Marc Newson connects the different levels of the residence.
Now part of Highstay’s Signature collection, the former office offers guests the opportunity to stay within an intimate Parisian residence that blends design history with contemporary luxury hospitality.
