Barrière Hotels rebranded as Barrière Collection – Fouquet’s Miami slated for 2030

Following the rebranding of Barrière Hotels as Barrière Collection in December 2025, it has now been announced that a Fouquet’s hotel will open in Miami, with a launch currently slated for 2030.

Barrière has been active in French hospitality since 1912. The portfolio is now structured into four collections: Signature, Heritage, Address and Premium.

The Signature Collection, represented by Fouquet’s, focuses on ultra-luxury properties in exclusive locations.

Fouquet’s currently operates in Paris and New York, with two additional destinations recently joining the portfolio: Courchevel and Saint-Barth. Miami will become the next international location for the brand.

The new property will be located within Miami Design Residences. Designed by David Chipperfield Architects, the 12-story hotel will feature 85 rooms.
