Now open: The Vineta, Palm Beach – Oetker Hotels debuts in the United States

Palm Beach has welcomed a new, yet deeply historic, address back to its hospitality scene. The Vineta Hotel has officially opened its doors following an extensive renovation, marking Oetker Hotels’ debut in the United States.
Dating back to 1926, the landmark reflects the Mediterranean Revival architecture long associated with Palm Beach. The Vineta returns as a 41-room-and-suite luxury hotel, with interiors by Tino Zervudachi that bring a lighter, more contemporary sensibility to the property while preserving its historic character. Set just off Worth Avenue, the hotel balances Old Florida charm with Oetker Hotels’ signature style of discreet, highly personalised hospitality. Behind its historic façade, the reimagined property includes Coco’s restaurant, a bar and a lush courtyard.
The opening of The Vineta comes during a period of expansion and renewal for Oetker Hotels. In Baden-Baden, Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa reopened in October 2025 following a two-year transformation.
Looking ahead, Le Mas Bellevue Saint-Tropez is set to join the portfolio in 2027. The property is being redeveloped and is expected to debut with 78 rooms and suites. Designed by architects Triptyque with interiors by Gilles & Boissier, the hotel will be comprised of 11 interconnected houses, feature an expansive wellness facility, and offer expansive views of the surrounding landscape and the Mediterranean.
