Opening in September: Serras Sevilla

Serras Collection is preparing to open Serras Sevilla this September, bringing a new five-star luxury boutique hotel to the heart of the Andalusian capital. The hotel is currently bookable for stays from 13 September onwards.
Overlooking Seville Cathedral on Avenida de la Constitución, Serras Sevilla will feature 43 rooms and suites, many offering views of the Cathedral and the historic centre.
Serras Sevilla is housed in the historic Casa Álvaro Dávila, designed by renowned Spanish architect Aníbal González between 1915 and 1917. A notable example of Sevillian regionalist architecture, the building retains distinctive features including its tower, arched galleries and white-marble columns.
The interiors have been curated by Eva Martínez, the designer behind the other properties in the Serras Collection, combining contemporary design with references to Seville and its Andalusian heritage.
Gastronomy will play a central role at Serras Sevilla with the arrival of Fismuler in Andalusia. Created by Nino Redruello and Patxi Zumárraga and first launched in Madrid in 2016 before expanding to Barcelona, Fismuler Seville will serve contemporary Spanish cuisine with Nordic influences. Located on the ground floor with its own entrance, the restaurant will be overseen by Nino Redruello.
Further food and beverage spaces will include El Patio and the hotel’s seventh-floor rooftop, combining an outdoor dining and drinking area with panoramic views of Seville Cathedral. A separate poolside area with a swimming pool will be reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
Serras Sevilla will also offer a 24-hour gym equipped with Technogym equipment, alongside in-room spa treatments.
The hotel will become part of the Legend Collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, joining its portfolio of independent luxury hotels around the world.
With its historic architecture, contemporary interiors, strong culinary offering and privileged position overlooking the Cathedral, Serras Sevilla will add a new luxury address to the heart of Seville when it opens this September.
