Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is getting ready to welcome its first guests, marking the arrival of the Six Senses brand in the United Arab Emirates. Reservations are currently available for stays from 16 November onwards.
Located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the all-suite beachfront resort features 61 suites overlooking the Arabian Gulf, The Palm or Dubai’s skyline.
Designed by Cape Town-based architecture firm SAOTA, the resort takes inspiration from regional architecture, with natural materials including stone and timber, sand-toned interiors and generous private terraces. Selected suites also come with private pools.
Wellness is at the heart of the property, with 60000 square feet of spa and wellness facilities. Six Senses Spa includes a Longevity Clinic, hydrotherapy areas, biohacking experiences, an Alchemy Bar and spaces for yoga and meditation.
Beyond the spa, guests have access to a private beach, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym and fitness studio, as well as squash, padel and tennis courts. Water sports, Earth Lab experiences, sustainability workshops and a range of cultural and wellness activities are also available.
Four dining venues follow the brand’s Eat With Six Senses philosophy, with a focus on seasonal produce and ingredients sourced from regional farmers, fishermen and suppliers.
Sustainability is another key focus, with the resort targeting LEED certification and incorporating energy- and water-efficient systems as well as locally informed materials.
Alongside the hotel, Six Senses The Palm, Dubai includes 172 private residences, ranging from penthouses and duplex Sky Villas to nine five-bedroom beachfront Signature Villas.
