Aman to debut in Mexico

Aman is set to make its debut in Mexico with Amanvari, a new resort on Baja’s untouched East Cape in Baja California Sur.

Designed with organic, contemporary aesthetics that connect indoor and outdoor spaces, the property will feature 18 casitas, many positioned above the surrounding landscape, with select accommodations set along the estuary or directly on the beachfront.

The development will also include branded residences.

Dining will include Japanese and Italian concepts, alongside a Beach Club centred around open-fire cooking, while The Lounge offers a more relaxed setting for cocktails and conversation.

Set within a 1500-acre private estate, guests will have access to 18 acres of organic orchards and farms and three miles of shoreline. Experiences range from snorkelling and diving to hiking and horseback riding, where desert landscapes meet the Sea of Cortez.

Wellbeing facilities will include six treatment rooms, two Hydro Houses with banya and hammam, a 24-hour fitness centre and a contemporary temazcal.

In the Caribbean, Aman is also planning Amancaya in The Bahamas.
