Aman to debut its first ranch retreat in Texas

Aman enters the ranch retreat space with Amansanu.
Meaning “peaceful peak” in Sanskrit, Amansanu will be set within a vast landscape of rolling hills, winding creeks and limestone escarpments located less than a 90-minute drive from Austin – offering a rare balance between remote nature and access to one of Texas’s most dynamic cultural hubs.
Designed by Olson Kundig, the destination will comprise a hotel of standalone pavilions alongside a limited collection of fully serviced Aman-branded residences, carefully positioned to follow the contours of the land and frame expansive Hill Country views.
The retreat introduces a contemporary interpretation of ranch life, centred around Aman’s first fully serviced stables, with horse-riding trails extending across the surrounding terrain. Guests and residence owners will also have access to multiple dining venues, an expansive Aman Spa and Wellness Centre set along a natural creek, racquet sports courts and extensive hiking trails.
While the number of hotel keys has not been disclosed, the concept remains intentionally low-density. No opening date has been announced, with the project currently in development.
The residential offering will include four- to eight-bedroom homes set on private plots of ten acres or more, each with a pool and generous outdoor living areas.
