Park Hyatt to open its first all-inclusive resort

Park Hyatt is preparing to enter the all-inclusive space for the first time, a notable move for one of the industry’s most refined luxury brands.
The upcoming Park Hyatt Riviera Maya will be located south of Cancún, along Mexico’s Caribbean coastline. Described as an all-inclusive oceanfront resort, the property will combine contemporary design with Mexican craft, alongside chef-led culinary experiences and a strong focus on local culture. While an exact opening date has not yet been confirmed, the resort is expected to debut in late 2026, at the latest in 2027.
The move aligns with Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s expansion into all-inclusive hospitality following its 2021 acquisition of Apple Leisure Group.
Details remain limited, but the project is expected to position itself at the very top end of the market, with a more restrained and design-led approach to the all-inclusive format.
We will share updates as soon as more information becomes available and look forward to experiencing the concept firsthand.
On a further note, Park Hyatt is also slated to open in Mexico City next year.
