Opening in April: Airelles Venice

in New Openings
New Hotel in Venice
Located on the island of Giudecca and facing St. Mark’s Square, Airelles Palladio, Venice invites guests to experience a rare and privileged vision of La Serenissima. The property is set within a restored 16th-century estate surrounded by nearly one hectare of gardens.

The hotel will feature 17 rooms, 28 suites, and a private three-bedroom villa. Interior design is led by Christophe Tollemer, who has shaped the aesthetic across the Airelles portfolio. His approach blends French fabrics and antiques with Venetian materials such as terrazzo, marble, Murano glass, and Rubelli wall coverings.
The culinary offering brings together four internationally acclaimed chefs with the following dining concepts: Matsuhisa by Nobu, ABC Kitchens Palladio by Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Villa Frollo by Norbert Niederkofler, and Desserts par Cedric Grolet.

While all four chefs are globally established, Airelles Palladio will mark their Venice debut, with Grolet also making his first appearance in Italy.
Facilities will include a 1700 square metre spa and wellness centre, as well as three swimming pools.
Bookings are now open for stays from April 1st, 2026 onwards.
