Part of Capella Hotel Group, transformative luxury brand Patina Hotels & Resorts is preparing to open its third property, following Patina Maldives, which opened in 2021, and Patina Osaka in 2025.

Focused on art, culture, wellness and design-led experiences, Patina is carving out a distinct identity within the luxury hospitality landscape.
The soon-to-open Patina Tianjin is located in the city’s Italian Heritage District, a neighbourhood established in 1902 and designed by Italian architects.

Just 30 minutes from Beijing by high-speed rail, the property spans 18000 sqm across 17 heritage buildings and features more than 143 guest rooms, including the 280 sqm Villa Patina, a historical presidential villa.
Looking ahead, Patina Sanya is planned for 2029, further expanding the brand’s presence in China.
