St. Regis coming to New Zealand in 2027 – Budapest and London opening soon

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts continues its global expansion with several notable openings and signings, including the brand’s first hotel in New Zealand and two highly anticipated European properties.

Scheduled to open in 2027, The St. Regis Queenstown will mark the brand’s debut in New Zealand. Located with views over Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountain range, the 145-room new-build hotel will feature signature brand elements including The Drawing Room, The St. Regis Bar and the renowned St. Regis Butler Service.The property will also include the St. Regis Spa with hydrothermal facilities, a wellness lounge, an indoor heated pool and a fitness centre.

In Europe, two major openings are expected soon.

The St. Regis Budapest is set to debut in April within the historic Klotild Palace along the Danube, offering 102 rooms and 39 suites as well as an in-house patisserie.

Meanwhile, The St. Regis London is scheduled to open in summer in Mayfair on Conduit Street and New Bond Street, replacing the former Westbury. The property will feature 195 rooms, including a 400 sqm penthouse, two spa suites and a jazz bar.
