News of the week: Aman Sveti Stefan to reopen this summer

After years of uncertainty, one of the Adriatic’s most iconic luxury resorts is finally set to return. Aman Sveti Stefan will reopen this summer season, marking the end of a long-standing closure in place since 2021.
Perched on its historic islet along Montenegro’s coastline, the property has long been considered one of the most distinctive destinations in the Aman portfolio. Its absence has been felt not only in the region but across the wider luxury travel landscape.
While specific reopening details are still to be confirmed, anticipation is high. We will continue to follow developments closely and share further updates as they emerge.
Looking ahead, Aman Resorts continues to build its pipeline with several highly anticipated openings already scheduled:
Amanvari, Mexico – opening 2026
Aman Miami Beach – opening 2027
Aman Beverly Hills – opening 2028
Aman Niseko – opening 2030
In addition, a number of projects are in the pipeline without confirmed timelines, including Amancaya in the Bahamas, Aman Dubai, Amansamar in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as future developments in Mozambique, the Maldives and Singapore.
