Park Hyatt Residences to launch in London

Park Hyatt will introduce its first branded residences in London later this year with the launch of Park Hyatt London Residences, a collection of 103 private homes positioned above the Park Hyatt London River Thames hotel in Nine Elms.
Located on the banks of the River Thames, the development brings the brand’s residential concept to the British capital, combining long-term private living with the services and amenities of the adjacent five-star luxury hotel.
The architecture is by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), with Christian Bense announced as the first interior design partner for the project.
The development is being delivered by Knightcrest, the Valouran-backed multi-disciplinary property agency led by Alex Michelin and Charles Leigh, whose portfolio includes residential developments such as Twenty Grosvenor Square and The Whiteley.
Inside the residences, oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and underfloor heating contribute to a refined residential environment, while premium finishes including Joseph Giles hardware introduce bronze satin metal accents. The homes range from apartments with up to three bedrooms to exclusive penthouses.
Residents will enjoy expansive views across the River Thames and the London skyline from a landmark riverside building, alongside access to hotel-style services and amenities including dining, wellness and concierge facilities.
