The Nell New York to open at Rockefeller Center

The Nell New York is set to open in fall 2027 as the first and only hotel within Rockefeller Center, while also becoming New York City’s only Relais & Châteaux property.

The 134-room luxury hotel will transform former office space above Rockefeller Center into an intimate urban retreat. Guests will be welcomed by a dedicated seventh-floor arrival experience, offering a discreet and tranquil escape above one of the world’s most visited landmarks, home to the famous Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, the skating rink, Top of the Rock and the Rainbow Room.

Amenities will include an all-day restaurant, a lobby bar, a wine lounge bringing The Little Nell’s globally renowned wine programme to New York, and a spa designed for relaxation and restoration.

A signature fine dining restaurant on the 17th floor will complete the experience, offering panoramic views across the Manhattan skyline.
