Set in the vibrant heart of the Old Quarter, Fairmont Hanoi marks a significant new addition to Vietnam’s luxury hospitality landscape. Thoughtfully designed by Perkins Eastman in collaboration with Aston Design, the hotel blends local heritage with contemporary architecture and curated art.
The property features 241 elegantly appointed guestrooms, including 38 Fairmont Gold rooms and 12 spacious suites. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame dynamic views of the historic district.
Culinary experiences are central to the hotel’s positioning. Eight bars and restaurants deliver a diverse gastronomic program. Each venue carries a distinct identity, reinforcing the hotel’s role as both a guest destination and a local gathering point within the Old Quarter.
Wellness is another defining pillar of the property. Anchoring the offering is Hanoi’s inaugural Fitness & Wellness Club, conceived as a pioneering sanctuary dedicated to rejuvenation and vitality. The Cirua Spa & Fitness & Wellness Club spans an impressive 38000 sq ft, positioning it among the city’s most comprehensive urban wellness retreats.
Ritual-led in concept, the spa highlights holistic wellbeing at its finest. Facilities include a signature bathhouse featuring a full range of hydrotherapy and thermal experiences, complemented by plunge pools, saunas and steam rooms. Ten private treatment rooms provide space for tailored therapies. A cutting-edge fitness studio completes the wellness journey, thoughtfully curated to nurture both physical restoration and inner balance.
With its fusion of heritage, design and forward-thinking wellness, Fairmont Hanoi arrives as a landmark opening for the brand in Vietnam. Positioned at the crossroads of culture and modernity, the hotel offers an immersive gateway to the Vietnamese capital while setting a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in the Old Quarter.
And the momentum continues for the Fairmont brand, with the next exciting opening already on the horizon: Fairmont The Red Sea, slated for early-to-mid 2026, will feature 193 rooms, six distinct dining concepts – including an overwater restaurant with sweeping views of the Red Sea – as well as a destination spa designed to echo the serenity and natural beauty of its coastal setting.
