Nobu Hospitality continues its global expansion with two new destinations announced for Montenegro and Azerbaijan, marking another milestone in the brand’s European growth story.
Set along the Adriatic coast within Sea Breeze Resort Montenegro, the upcoming Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Montenegro will comprise an 80-room luxury hotel, 100 private residences, and five bespoke villas centered around a signature Nobu restaurant.
On the shores of the Caspian Sea, Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Baku will mark the brand’s debut in Azerbaijan. Located within the prestigious Sea Breeze Resort area, the development will mirror its Montenegrin counterpart with an 80-room hotel, 100 Nobu Residences — including five exclusive villas — and a Nobu restaurant offering Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s globally celebrated cuisine.
The announcements come as Nobu Rome prepares to open in early November, joining the brand’s growing European portfolio. Further openings are planned in Hamburg, Lisbon, Krakow, Madrid, Manchester, Sofia, and Varna, underscoring Nobu’s continued momentum across the continent.
Founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro, and film producer Meir Teper, Nobu Hospitality has become synonymous with contemporary luxury and timeless Japanese-inspired design, uniting hospitality, dining, and lifestyle under one globally recognized name.
