Nobu Hotels has announced two exciting new openings in the Caribbean and the Indian Ocean.
Nobu Barbuda, located on Princess Diana Beach, will feature 36 bedrooms across 17 private villas, alongside destination dining, a beach club, spa, fitness pavilion, and a collection of thoughtfully curated experiences. A limited collection of 25 beachfront Nobu Residences will also be available, offering turnkey ownership with access to the hotel’s amenities and services. The project is set for completion in late 2026.
Meanwhile, Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Maldives, located on the private island of Munyafushi in Laamu Atoll, will feature 26 beach villas, 30 overwater villas, and an ultra-exclusive collection of just 10 Nobu Island Estate Residences, each set on its own private island with private yacht access, offering a rare opportunity for unparalleled privacy and ownership in the Maldives. At the heart of the experience will be a Nobu restaurant set on its own private island, complete with bar and lounge. Additional amenities will include a spa, fitness centre, diving facilities, tennis courts, event spaces and a main pool, all designed with Nobu’s signature blend of Japanese-inspired architecture, natural textures and contemporary luxury. The property is set to open in 2028.
Additional Nobu Hotel and Residence projects are expected to open in Abu Dhabi, Baku, Bangkok, Cairo, Danang, Hamburg, Al Khobar, Kraków, Lisbon, Madrid, Manchester, Al Marjan Island, Montenegro, Muscat, Nashville, New York, North Coast Egypt, Orlando, Punta Cana, Saigon, Sofia, Tulum and Varna.
