In May 2025, Hilton unveiled the first property under its luxury LXR brand in the French capital.
The 118-room Sax Paris, LXR Hotels & Resorts, is located on Avenue de Saxe in the city’s 7th arrondissement, housed within a neo-Gothic building dating back to 1899. The hotel features the all-day dining Restaurant SAX and Kinugawa, a Japanese restaurant that blends Parisian elegance with refined Japanese aesthetics.
Design highlights include The Galerie lobby, adorned with 200 mirrors and Baccarat chandeliers.
Following the successful launch in France, LXR will expand further: Abu Dhabi’s former Anantara resort is set to reopen in December 2025 as LXR Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi.
In 2026, Hilton will introduce the first LXR hotel in Morocco with the opening of LXR Casablanca. Located in the upscale Triangle d’Or district, it will be the centerpiece of the new Metropolitan development, a project combining luxury living, working, and hospitality. The property will feature 148 rooms and suites, three signature restaurants, a rooftop venue, and a spa, offering an exclusive retreat in the city.
Also slated for 2026 is the opening of the Grand Hotel Gardone, Lake Garda, LXR Hotels & Resorts. Following a multimillion-euro renovation, the historic property will welcome guests in a stunning lakeside setting.
Part of Hilton’s luxury portfolio, LXR Hotels & Resorts is a hand-picked collection of independent and spirited luxury properties celebrating the timeless pursuit of personal adventure.
