Meliá Hotels International is taking over management of Lionel Messi’s boutique hotel brand, MiM Hotels, beginning 1 November 2025, bringing the six-property collection into The Meliá Collection, the group’s upscale soft brand.

Launched in 2017, MiM Hotels has been operated since inception by Spain’s Majestic Hotel Group.

Messi’s MiM portfolio includes properties in Sitges, Sotogrande, Mallorca, Ibiza, and Baqueira Beret in Spain, as well as one in Andorra.

Each MiM hotel features contemporary design by renowned interior designers such as Luis Bustamante and Lázaro Rosa-Violán.

Wellness is central to the guest experience, with personalized treatments and thoughtfully designed relaxation areas. Culinary offerings also play a key role, with restaurants in three of the hotels overseen by Michelin-starred Catalan chef Nandu Jubany.
