in F&B, News
From 10 to 20 February 2026, the iconic Harry’s Bar arrives at The Alpina Gstaad for an exclusive winter residency, bringing its much-loved Italian favourites to the Swiss Alps at the height of the season.
Translating the spirit of the Mayfair private members’ club into an intimate alpine setting, the collaboration blends renowned cuisine with the charm and discretion long associated with the Birley Clubs institution. Guests can expect generous family-style lunches, candlelit evenings among friends and a touch of snow-dusted glamour in the heart of Gstaad.
A celebratory menu has been curated for the occasion, showcasing signature dishes and Italian classics associated with Harry’s Bar.
Starters include Carpaccio di Manzo “Harry’s Bar”, Cocktail di Scampi with “Mille Isole” sauce, and Insalata di Puntarelle alla Romana.
Pasta courses feature Linguine all’Aragosta Piccante, Trofiette or Trenette al Pesto di Seghezzo, and Rigatoni al Ragù Genovese e Pecorino.
Main courses include Costoletta di Vitello “Limousine”, Branzino in Crosta di Sale with Mediterranean sauce, and Costata di Manzo “Famiglia Cremonini”.
Desserts conclude on a classic note with Tiramisù del Harry’s Bar, Crème Brûlée ai Ribes Rossi, and Chocolate Mousse with orange gelée and pistachio gelato.
For ten days only, The Alpina Gstaad offers hotel guests and visiting diners a rare opportunity to experience Harry’s Bar London – transported to the Alps for the winter season.
